Ranging from 1 inch to a dense mix of angular crushed stone and fine limestone dust.  It compacts into a solid, rock-hard layer, that is a very versatile type of base stone. Most common uses are Driveways, Parking Pads, Shed Foundations, Ramps and Construction Access, General Yard Grading, Erosion Control, Walkways, Paver Foundations for road base, concrete for patios, good packing stone and durable for under concrete spreads making a hard base.
